Product Returns

(1) Return Policy:

You can return the goods received without giving a reason within two weeks by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. You can only declare the return of goods that cannot be sent as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods) by requesting their return in text form. The timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk. The return or the return request must be sent to:

(2) Return Consequences:

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from anything that would impair its value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt.

Returns regulation for public pharmacies

This regulation only applies to goods that the pharmacy has purchased directly from ebiga-VISION GmbH! Goods that were obtained from wholesalers must be returned via them!

Exceptions are QUALITY COMPLAINTS (item 4.), these must always be returned via ebiga-VISION GmbH!

1. Returns from stock no later than 6 months before expiry:

100% of the pharmacy purchase price in the form of a credit note

2. Returns from stock less than 6 months before expiry no later than the month of expiry:

60% of the pharmacy purchase price in the form of a credit note.

3. Returns from stock past the expiry date:

Proper disposal is guaranteed and a declaration of destruction will be issued

4. Quality complaint:

5. Non-commercial items:

(up to 6 months after publication in the Lauertaxe)

100% in the form of a credit note

Please always return via ebiga-VISION GmbH. In the event of non-payment, you will be notified in writing. Return shipments must always be made free, otherwise the costs for unfree shipments will be deducted from the credit note.
