Vitamins A, B2 and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.
Copper and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and C contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Rapeseed oil, gelatin (bovine), lecithin (sunflower); humectant: glycerol; turmeric extract (Curcuma longa), humectant: sorbitol; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), citicoline, stabilisers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10), stabiliser: yellow beeswax; L-arginine hydrochloride, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc oxide blend (colouring agent: calcium carbonate; zinc oxide, starch, maltodextrin, carrier: gum arabic), vitamin B12 blend (maltodextrin, cyanocobalamin), copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), nicotinamide, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), colouring agents: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), colouring agent: carmine; vitamin A blend (retinyl palmitate, sunflower oil, DL-alpha-tocopherol), folic acid, sodium selenite.

Storage instructions
Keep out of the reach of small children. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, protected from light, and not above 25°C in the original packaging.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 4 capsules daily, unchewed, with some liquid (preferably with a meal).
