It consists of vitamins B1, B2, B6, B9, C, and E; the minerals zinc, copper, and selenium; as well as coenzyme Q10, curcumin, lecithin, alpha-lipoic acid, and piperine. These ingredients are divided into two different types of capsules—one to be taken before a meal (Capsule 1) and the other with a meal (Capsule 2).
